The Rayograph

Peony Yip, also known as The White Deer, creates minimalistic drawings that are nonetheless more-than-capable storytellers, spinning yarns both beautifully emotive and often thought-provoking. The young talent’s latest illustrative series, “To [Action],” provides no exception. Who knew that such an unlikely combination as floral bouquets and helmets – from old-style deep sea diving rigs to astronaut head gear – could be so interestingly attractive? Take a look at the artist’s work here, as well as over at her personal sites.
